Tanisha isn't like any Arabic or Quranic word I know of. It seems to be an Urdu/Hindi word meaning "happiness". If that's the true meaning you can use it, since the meaning is good. Muslims can use any name if the meaning is good and not against Islam. Tanisha is also an African-American name meaning "born on Monday" according to Wikipedia.
