Ahana, spelled as أهانَ, in Arabic means to humiliate and disrespect someone, for this reason it shouldn't be used as a name. This is the only Arabic word I can think of that is close to Ahana. If it has a good meaning in another language then you can use this word as a name.

they meant to say that in Arabic translation Ahana means humiliation, but it other languages it has positive meaning, so if you are Hindu having this name as a Muslim it is good but if u r not Hindu it is not advicerble for you to name your child Ahana
