Those people suffer from serious mental illness. They need anti-psychotics, counseling & CBT. Islam religion use faith as tool to mask their followers mental illness. If the prophet Muhammad was alive today, probably he would have been sent to psych ward & psychiatric hospitals would have been filled with his companions & followers. Luckily he & his companions lived in a different time. Instead now days those of his mental ill followers end up in prison or blown themselves or shot by a cop.
