Full Meaning of Aabes
Aabes is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “grim-faced”, “fierce-faced”. Aabes is the name of a number of companions of the Prophet ﷺ, such as Aabes al-Ghaffari and Aabes bin Rabeea. It is derived from the AIN-B-S root which is used in many places in the Quran.
