Ashalina is not an Arabic name and there is no Arabic or Quranic word like it.
Some sites say it is Urdu or Hindi meaning sweet, shy, loving. If this is correct then it is a good name and you can use it. I cannot say if this is correct or not since I do not speak Urdu/Hindi.
