Haram means forbidden or sanctuary and it is not a good name to use by itself.

Ayaat means "signs of Allah" and "verses from the Quran" and both are good meanings.

Zirwa (Dhirwa) means pinnacle, top, and used to refer to respectable and high status people. It is not directly used in the Quran, but its root DHAAL-R-A is used in the Quran, such as in the name of chapter 51 of the Quran: Adh-Dhariyaat and its first verse 51:1.

Inayaah (and Anayah) means help, refuge.

Ayaat, Zirwa, Inayah and Anayah are all Quranic words with good meanings. Feel free to use any of these names, whichever one you like best.
