Tesnim is variant of Tasneem and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Tesnim or Tasneem, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Tesnim

Name of a fountain in Paradise. The name’s literal meaning is “water that falls down from a high place”, such as water that falls down from a waterfall.
