Alaikumassalam wa rahmatullah,
I do not know of any Arabic/Islamic name similar to Miraal. The only similar word I know of is Mir'al, pronounced [(MI)ddle + p(R)ay] + [(U)p + p(L)ay], which means "a sword or other weapon that has been thrust forward with great force and coordination". This word is written as مِرْعَلٌ in Arabic and I haven't seen it used as a name. It doesn't come from a Quranic root, so it is not a Quranic name. If you like the meaning you can use it as a name for a boy or girl.
