Answer

Alaikumassalam wa rahmatullah,

I do not know of any Arabic or Islamic name similar to Shazir.

As for Shehra, in Arabic it means "river bank", "beach", "sea shore", "coastline". It is not a Quranic name, but since it doesn't have a bad meaning Muslims can use it. It is pronounced [(SH)op + s(I)t + (H)ot] + [(RU)n] with emphasis on the first syllable. It is written as شِحْرَة in Arabic and can also be written as Shihrah, Shehrah, Shihra in English. It is more appropriate for a girl.
