I want to know if alayna and aairah is an islamic name for girls and i read that ghazal is also islamic name. if its not please mention a good meaning name for girl. jazakallah

Alayna is not a Quranic or Arabic name. There is an Arabic word `alayna, which means "upon us" and is used in the Quran often, but it is not used as a name in Arabic since it is just a proposition and doesn't have a meaning.

Aleena is a good Islamic name that's similar sounding to Alayna.

I was told that Alayna in islam means “Rock” and “Princess”

Alayna is turkish name, a good sounding name that has good meaning is perfectly alright to name your child. It doesn’t have to be a name from Arabic, all Arabs who,a names we choose at one point they were not Muslims and alot of them didn’t come to Islam, don’t listen to so called scholars.
