Meaning of Aniyah
Aniyah is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “caring”, “affectionate”, “one who consoles others”, “one who helps others”. It is derived from the AIN-W-N root which is used in many places in the Quran.
And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah] (Quran 2:45)

The ref made to surah Al ghashia 5th Ayat is with alif and has different meaning. The Aniyah with ain has a beautiful meaning as given above in this website.

how come Aaniyah relates to root Ain-W-N, both Aaniyah and Anayah have similar meanings and the root for Aaniyah should be Ain-N-Y, could you please provide some details on that.

Wheres the name here is from ʿayn wāw nūn (ع و ن). like is Surah Fatriah from the verse Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeen. NastaAAeen meaning help/assistance. where as in Gashiya āniyatin means boiling. JK.

Sorry to say that but the meanings does not much
For example the verse in 2:45 means completely another و استعينوا doesn’t come from aanyah but istaana and the meaning of aaniyah means the boiling hot water in Jahannam
And or the plates of jannah
Naming your daughter a boiled water or a plate is not a good name that can be given to a person subha Allah
