Salam, I have always liked “Insyirah”… But as it is a name of a surah in the Quran, is it permissible to use it as a name for a girl?

Also, how about Lia and Ilya, are they arabic / islamic?

Yes it is. My name is Insyirah I think as long as you don’t add any wierd prefixes. It should be fine
