Muwzn is a direct Quranic name for boys and girls that means “white cloud”, “rain-bearing cloud” and “rain”. This word is used in the Quran in Surat al-Waqiah (chapter 56 of the Quran):

68. Have you considered the water that you drink?

69. Is it you who cause it to come down from the clouds – or are We the cause of its coming down? (Quran 56:68-69)
