Full Meaning of Maziynah
Maziynah means rain-bearing cloud and a woman who has a bright, glowing face. It is not directly mentioned in the Quran, but it comes from M-Z-N root which is in the Quran in Surat al-Waqi’ah:
Is it you who cause it to come down from the clouds – or are We the cause of its coming down? (Quran 56:69)
