Full Meaning of Aazele
Aazele is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “one who prevents bad things from happening to people”, “protector”, “guardian”. It is derived from the AIN-Z-L (“to separate”, “to insulate”) root which is used twice in the Quran.
So the Ark floated with them on the waves (towering) like mountains, and Noah called out to his son, who had separated himself (from the rest): “O my son! embark with us, and be not with the unbelievers!” (Quran 11:42)
