Taheem in Arabic means "the accused", a person who has been accused of a crime. Tahaym means "good deed". Neither are from the Quran, since the second one's meaning is good, you can use it. As for Taheem, the meaning of "accused" is not a good meaning, for this reason I do not recommend it. But if it has a good meaning in another language then you can use it.

المتهم sounds “Almthm” meaning “the accused” in Arabic. “Taheem” means Pure

This is so confusing. Could you please anyone shade some light on it “Taheem “ name meaning.
