Souweba is variant of Suwaiba and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Souweba or Suwaiba, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Souweba

Souweba (also written with a Th as in Thuwaibah) is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “reward for good deeds”, something that God gives you in reward for a good thing you do. It is derived from the TH-W-B root which is used in many places in the Quran.

and so God gave them both the rewards of this life and the excellent recompense of the life to come: God loves those who do good. (Quran 3:148)
