Nedeire is variant of Nazeer and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Nedeire or Nazeer, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Nedeire

Nedeire is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “warner”, “cautioner”, “official messenger bringing news”, “bringer of good news”, “portent”, “harbinger”. The Quran uses the word Nedeire to describe the Prophet Muhammad  ﷺ and other prophets.

 Say, “Knowledge is only with Allah , and I am only a clear warner.” (Quran 67:26)

And We had sent Noah to his people, [saying], “Indeed, I am to you a clear warner.” (Quran 11:12)
