Meaning of Irhaa
Irhaa is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “to make calm”, “to make serene”, “to tranquilize”. It is derived from the R-H26-W root which is used in verse 44:24 of the Quran.
And leave the sea behind you as calm as ever. Surely they are an army that is doomed to be drowned. (Quran 24:44)

As I’ve read , irhaa is derived from word rahwa that is mentioned in the verse. Because irhaa and rahwa both have same root letters which make the meaning of a word. Irhaa is a derived name of rahwa.
