Ushna doesn't have a meaning in Arabic and there are no words that sound similar to it. It seems to be a Hindi/Urdu word meaning "fragrance of flowers", and the origin seems to be from Sanskrit. It is not an Islamic name as far as a I know, but since the meaning is good you can use it.
