Ayden is usually a variant (another spelling) of the Turkish name Aydin, which means “educated”, “enlightened”, “intellectual”.

Ayden can also be a variant of the Arabic name Aydin, which is a word used in the Quran to mean “power”. This word is never used as a name by Arabs, but non-Arab Muslims use it as a name.

The two names have different pronunciations. The Turkish name is pronounced EYE + garDEN, while the Arabic name is pronounced (AI)d + garDEN.

This is actually not a Muslim name at all. Ayd which means hand in Arabic actually refers to hand. There is no direct translation or name ayden in the Quran. Whoever says this is a liar. Aydin is a plural of the mean of hands in English so two hands. This has not Islamic context at all and actually means hand. So calling someone hand seems kinda silly doesn’t it
