I name a child subal jannat. instead of using sabeel or subail? is this a correct name meaning way of jannat?

Subal can be considered a variant of Subul, which is the plural of Sabeel, therefore it is an acceptable name.

Subal Jannah doesn’t exactly create a new meaning, though it can be considered to mean “paths of paradise”. The more correct form would be Subal al-Jannat, but you can use Subal Jannah if you prefer this form.
