  Yes you can. Mikail is from Hebrew and means “who is like God?” and it is the name of an angel mentioned in the Quran. It is acceptable to use it since using the names of angels is allowed in Islam.

  Some people are saying you should not keep mikail name because its too heavy for human its an angel name I really like this name I want to keep it for my son

  That sounds like complete nonsense. There is no concept of a name’s “heaviness” in Islam and the scholars have no issue with using the names of angels.
