Emaad is variant of Imad and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Emaad or Imad, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Emaad

Emaad is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “pillars”. It is usually short for Emaad ad-Deen, which means “pillars of the religion”, i.e. a person who is a strong supporter of Islam. The word Emaad is mentioned in the Quran in 89:7:

Iram, the civilization that had pillars, the like of which were not created in any other city. (Quran 89:7-8)
