Please tell me the appropriate name for my girl among these;
Mustabshirah
Mihkaat

Both of those are very good names for girls, mentioned in the Quran. Mustabshirah means someone who carries good news and is rejoicing (Quran 80:39). Mishkaat (not Mihkaat, I expect you meant Mishkaat) means niche, a shallow recess in a wall that, in the Quranic verse (24:35), contains a lantern, a picture would make it clear:
