Meaning of Afzaal
Afzaal is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “acts of kindness”, “acts that show one’s character and virtue”. It is derived from the F-DHAD-L root which is used in many places in the Quran.
That Allah may reward them [according to] the best of what they did and increase them from His bounty. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account. (Quran 24:38)
