Salaam, I wanted to name my baby girl Lujain - and was just wondering whats the meaning of this name? Thank you.

Lujain is a literary Arabic name for girls that means "silver". It is not a Quranic name but Muslims can use it since it doesn't have a bad meaning. Lujain is pronounced [p(L)ay + p(U)t] + [(J)ump + pr(AY) + (N)ew] with emphasis on the second syllable. It is written as لُجَيْن in Arabic and in English it can also be written as Lojain, Lujane, Lojane, Lugein, Logein, Lujene, Lugene, Lugeen, Lujayn, Lujayne, among others.

Salaam. I want to call my baby boy lujain. Most sites claim that it is a girl name. So I wanted to know I call call the name to a boy.
