Meaning of Warqaa
According to the Sultan Qaboos Encyclopedia:
Al-Warqaa: The dove and the she-wolf, and a shrub having rounded, wide, thin, soft leaves that all livestock eat.1
According to the 18th century Indian scholar Al-Tahānawī,
And in the terminology of the Sufis: [Al-Warqaa] is an expression for the Universal Soul, which is the heart of the world and the Preserved Tablet and the Clear Book from which it takes its meaning. And it is sometimes applied to the Tablet (lawh al-mahfooz).2
Additionally, Warqaa is also an adjective according to the 13th century scholar Zayn al-Dīn al-Razī and the 16th century Indian scholar Muḥammad al-Fattinī, when used to describe horses it means “one whose white color is mixed with black.”34

Please justify the meaning as female pigeon? All my Arabic dictionaries have this root/name meaning paper, or leaf/petal, document/record.
