Sebaa is variant of Siba and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Sebaa or Siba, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Sebaa

Sebaa is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means “emotion”, “enthusiasm”, “youthfulness”, “childhood”. It is derived from the SAD-B-B Quranic root, which has various meanings, such as softness, youthfulness and pouring of water.
