Full Meaning of Rihana

Rihana is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “good scent”, “fragrance”. Rihana is derived from Rayhan,which is used twice in the Quran, in verses 55:12 and 56:89.

Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]. And grain covered with husk, and fragrant flowers. (Quran 55:11-12)

 Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God. For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Paradise of Bliss. (Quran 56:88-89)
