Ikrima is variant of Ikrimah and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Ikrima or Ikrimah, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Ikrima

Ikrima is an Arabic name for boys that means “female pigeon”. Using female words to name boys was a common practice in ancient Arabia and does not create a problem with the name, as evidenced by the fact that it is the name of many companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his companions, such as Ikrima bin Abi Jahl, Ikrima bin Khalid bin al-Aas, Ikrima bin Aamir and Ikrima bin Abdurrahman.
