Name Change

Salam,

My name is Mahfuz and I know the meaning is (Protected, Guarded) I wanted to find out if I can change my name to something else.

Reason 1: The name was kept by my uncle whilst he was drunk.
Reason 2: This wasn’t the name he wanted to keep when he was sober.
Reason 3: Nothing good seems to happen in my life.
Reason 4: Not sure of the name has a negative effect on me.
