      I want to name my baby BOY with the meaning of aafia (healthy, wealthy).
      Please suggest names.

      The name Aafia is used only for girls by Arabs as far as I know, therefore it would be very unusual to use it for a boy. It would be like naming a boy Fatima. But if in your culture Aafia is commonly used for boys, then it is fine to use it. Otherwise, your son may become subject of ridicule for having a girl’s name.
