Esha is a direct Quranic name for girls that means life and way of life. It is mentioned twice in the Quran, in 69:21 and 101:7.

19. Then he who is given his record in his right hand will exclaim, ‘Here is my record, read it. 20. Surely, I knew that I should meet my reckoning,’ 21. And so he will find himself in a happy state of life. (Quran 69:19-21)
