Adian is variant of Adyan and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Adian or Adyan, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Adian

Adian is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that is most common in South Asia. Adian means “religions”, “creeds”, it is the plural of deen (religion). It is derived from the D-Y-N root which is used in many places in the Quran.

and Abraham enjoined his sons to do the same, as did Jacob, ‘My sons, God has chosen this religion for you; so do not let death overtake you, except when you are in a state of submission.’ (Quran 2:132)
