Zerim is variant of Zarim and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Zerim or Zarim, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Zerim
Zerim is Arabic for “very fast horse“. Zerim also means “full of burning passion“, from the root ض ر م (ḍ-r-m), which means “to run vehemently” (when used to describe a horse’s gallop), while also meaning “to burn brightly”, “to overflow with passion” when used respectively to describe a fire or a person’s mood.
