Zefar is variant of Zafar and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Zefar or Zafar, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Zefar

Zefar is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means “victory”, “triumph”, “to win”. It is derived from the DHA-F-R root which is used twice in the Quran.

And it is He who withheld their hands from you and your hands from them within [the area of] Makkah after He caused you to overcome them. And ever is Allah of what you do, Seeing. (Quran 48:24)
