Kavian or Kaviyan, pronounced [(CA)r] + [(VI)sible or (VE)nt] + [(YA)r(N)], is a Persian word that means "kingly", "royal", "like a king". It is not an Islamic name but Muslims can use it since it doesn't have a bad meaning. It is written as كاويان in Farsi.
