Vardeh is a direct Quranic name for girls that means “flower”, “flowery”, “rosy”, “fresh”, “glowing”. It is used in the Quran in verse 55:37:

(On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. (Quran 55:37)
