Full Meaning of Ube

Ube is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “little dad”, it is a loving nickname for Abi, which means “father”. It derived from the A-B-A root which is used in many places in the Quran.

When Joseph said to his father, “O my father, indeed I have seen [in a dream] eleven stars and the sun and the moon; I saw them prostrating to me.” (Quran 12:4)
