Tariyqeh is variant of Tariqa and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Tariyqeh or Tariqa, both are correct and acceptable. Tariyqeh, should not be confused with Tuhreequh (emphasis on ree), which means road or path, also a Quranic name, though due to the fact it is used to refer to different Sufi doctrines (such as the Naqshbandi Tuhreequh), the name has Sufi connotations. For this reason don’t use it if you don’t want people to randomly assume your child comes from a Sufi family (unless of course the child does come from one, in that case it is up to you). As long as you clearly put the emphasis on Taa in Tariyqeh no one should confuse it with the Tuhreequh.
