Shohada is variant of Shuhada and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Shohada or Shuhada, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Shohada

Shohada is an Arabic name for girls that means “martyrs”, “witnesses”. It is the plural of Shaheed. It is used 20 times in the Quran.

And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged. (Quran 39:69)
