Shellah is islamic name? What is the meaning .it is for my baby girl.

There is a Scottish/Irish name Shelah which is related to the name Cecilia and similar names and it means gift. Shelah is also a biblical name. There is also the name Shahla or Shehla in Arabic which means someone who has black eyes that have some blue in them. I couldn't find any information on Shellah itself from Islamic sources.
