Full Meaning of Roubaab

Roubaab is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “good deeds”, “blessings”, “strong bond”. It is the plural of the word Rubbaa and is derived from the R-B-B root which is used in many places in the Quran.

No one to whom God has given the Scriptures and on whom He has bestowed wisdom and prophethood would say to men, ‘Worship me instead of God.’ [He would say rather], ‘Be devoted servants of God, for you have taught and studied the Scriptures.’ (Quran 3:79)
