Full Meaning of Rephiy

Rephiy is a direct Quranic name for boys “sublime”, “noble”, “exalted”. It is used in the Quran in Surat Ghafir:

Possessor of the highest rank, Lord of power: He makes the inspiration to light by His command upon whom He pleases of His servants, that he may warn (men) of the day of meeting. (Quran 40:15)
