A Quranic Name for Boys and Girls

Rehan is variant of Rayhan and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Rehan or Rayhan, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Rehan

Rehan is direct Quranic name for boys and girls that means “good scent”, “fragrance”. Rehan is used twice in the Quran, in verses 55:12 and 56:89.

Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]. And grain covered with husk, and fragrant flowers. (Quran 55:11-12)

 Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God. For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Paradise of Bliss. (Quran 56:88-89)
