Qurah is variant of Qurrat and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Qurah or Qurrat, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Qurah

Qurah is a direct Quranic name for boys and girls that means “cause of the removal of sadness”, a child who brings joy to his or her parents and prevents them from becoming unhappy.

and Pharaoh’s wife said, ‘He will be a joy to the eye for me and you! Do not slay him: he may well be of use to us, or we may adopt him as a son.’ They did not realize what they were doing. (Quran 28:9)

No soul knows what joy is kept hidden in store for them as a reward for their labours. (Quran 32:17)
