Owdaineh

A Quranic Name for Boys and Girls

Owdaineh is variant of Udaina and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Owdaineh or Udaina, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Owdaineh

Owdaineh is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means little Adan (little Eden). Adan means “place of everlasting bliss”. It is derived from the AIN-D-N root which is used in many places in the Quran.

Owdaineh is also a name for boys if taken from the A-DHAL-N root, with meanings of “listener”, “obedient”. It is written as أذينة in Arabic, which is different from the girl name mentioned above, and can be spelled as Udhaina, Uthaina in English.
