Nusratul Huzaifa means "the supporting of the Huzaifa", which doesn't create a good meaning. Nusratul is usually used in front Islam to mean "supporting Islam", "giving victory to Islam", it can also be places in front of Allah to create the name Nusratullah, which means "supporting Allah's cause" . But Nusratul; shouldn't be placed in front of any random name since it doesn't make sense except with a few particular words.
