Neziyre is variant of Nazeer and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Neziyre or Nazeer, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Neziyre

Neziyre is a direct Quranic name for boys that means “warner”, “cautioner”, “official messenger bringing news”, “bringer of good news”, “portent”, “harbinger”. The Quran uses the word Neziyre to describe the Prophet Muhammad  ﷺ and other prophets.

 Say, “Knowledge is only with Allah , and I am only a clear warner.” (Quran 67:26)

And We had sent Noah to his people, [saying], “Indeed, I am to you a clear warner.” (Quran 11:12)
